Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions govern the provision of all and any services provided by Visa Service Centre in respect of but not limited to the obtaining of visas for their clients and all orders placed by their clients are made accepted subject to the terms hereinafter set out. The present website is not owned / operated / sponsored / endorsed by, or affiliated to, the government of Azerbaijan or any governmental agency, and provides its visa processing services to you in part through its website located at www.azerbaijanevisaonline.com subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

Standard Service processing time 3-5 working days. Urgent service processing time 3-5 hours. Processing times are solely for guidance purposes and cannot be guaranteed. Azerbaijan Government reserves the right to delay the process, refer an application, ask for further documentation and/or refuse to grant the visa at all, therefore we strongly recommend you do not purchase non-refundable tickets or accommodation before getting your visa.

Standard Service fee per application is USD 49.00 (includes USD 26.00 Azerbaijan Government fee and USD 23.00 service fee). Urgent Service per application is USD 119.00 (includes USD 61.00 Azerbaijan Government fee and USD 58.00 service fee).  All fees are non-refundable, including in cases where the visa application is refused by the Azerbaijan Government. The refusal confirmation will be sent to the applicant by e-mail.

Electronic visas are issued only to the citizens of the countries, the list of which has been approved by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and to stateless persons permanently residing in those countries. Visa Service Centre provides carefully compiled visa information in good faith on the express understanding that the said information is the interpretation of any or all information provided by respective embassies or consulates at any or all times and Visa Service Centre shall not accept responsibility or liability whatsoever for any errors and/or omissions in the information.

Visa Service Centre will endeavour, wherever possible, to process the clients visa and/or document on the instructions given and application forms submitted, although it is the clients express responsibility to ensure that the validity of the said visa/document obtained includes and covers the period of time in which the client plans to enter and leave the country or countries that the client is visiting and for the number of entries to that country and is valid for the purpose intended.

Member Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Visa Service Centre of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the service Visa Service Centre will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

Visa Service Centre reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Visa Service Centre will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service.

The service may provide, or third parties may provide, links or other access to other sites and resources on the Internet. Visa Service Centre has no control over such sites and resources and Visa Service Centre is not responsible for and does not endorse such sites and resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Visa Service Centre will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, events, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Any dealings you have with third parties found while using the service are between you and the third party, and you agree that Visa Service Centre is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any such third party.

The fee which shall be payable by the client in respect of the services provided by Visa Service Centre is exclusive of any consular charges whatsoever. Such consular or embassy charges as may be made will be the absolute liability of the client who must make payment in respect of those charges. Consular fees are non-refundable. Visa Service Centre reserves the right to raise its charges at any time with or without prior notice.

Unless instructions are made in writing Visa Service Centre shall not be held responsible for taking such steps as are reasonably considered as fulfilling the implied instructions of the client and/or as being in the best interest of the client and any charges for such services rendered shall be wholly the responsibility of the client.

While applying for electronic visa, foreigners with dual or multiple citizenship must choose the country of nationality in accordance with the travel document to be used for their travel. If the travel document used to apply for an electronic visa is different from the travel document used for the travel, the electronic visa is considered invalid.

Visa Service Centre reserves the right to refuse at its total discretion to handle any at any time and no reason need to be given, and to amend the Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.

GDPR Compliance – as also stated in the Privacy Policy, the data we collect is only stored for 90 days. This information is not shared with anyone else except for the Azerbaijan Government for the processing of applications. As mentioned in the Controlling Your Personal Information section of the Privacy Policy, you can contact us if you have queries about the data we hold for you. You are also able to request your data to be deleted by emailing us on service@visaforazerbaijan.org.uk.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England.


All fees are non-refundable, including in cases where the visa application is refused by the Azerbaijan Government. The refusal confirmation will be sent to the applicant by e-mail.
